Motorbike/Moped Tryout
This session is for those who want to try a Motorbike or Moped before they commit to buy. It also allows us to assess your skills and give advice before booking a training course.
If you are booking a package course, the big bike tryout ensures you will be recommended the right course, which means a more enjoyable training experience and the highest Module 1 & 2 pass rate of all the schools testing at Gloucester Test Centre.
The tryout is on site at our school, just outside Cheltenham, in a safe controlled environment.
The 40 minutes is to see how confidently you can manoeuvre the power and weight of the bike and gives us an opportunity to discuss the best route for you to achieve your goals.
You must have a UK provisional or full car licence and be the right age for the bike you're hiring. Big bike tryouts require previous riding experience on bikes with manual gears.
Fully comprehensive insurance is included, however, a £250-£550 excess applies (depending on age), unless you take the £20 voluntary excess waiver.
